We target at-risk and at-higher risk adolescents and young adults who engage and are often exposed to risky problematic behaviors. EBONI House, Inc. programmatic philosophy focus' on a strategic prevention approach that impacts a youth social capacity and resiliency. We coined this approach as D.U.M.P.

EBONI House, Inc. substance abuse prevention and HIV services are designed to improve one's knowledge, provide community support services, promote behavior change and develop a nexus for treatment. The goal of EBONI House, Inc. prevention program is to reduce the high incidence of illegal substance use and HIV infection by targeting underserved population in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area.
